Whose music? H.E.R music (by H., Emanuela Roxana) is a singer-songwriter + sound artist from Canada, born in Europe. She has been playing piano for an accumulative 8+ years, and writing songs since the young age of 13. Her love for music roots to her infancy in Romania, through a memory of a gypsy man with a hat and mustache playing the accordion.  Throughout her childhood her parents also played Classical music likes of Vivaldi, Mozart and Beethoven, during road-trips they took in Europe. This along with 4 years of Musical theatre has influenced H.E.R music with a more traditional style although she is currently working towards more contemporary music styles as shown in her song "Jack in the Box".

Her more formal studies at Berklee College of Music online, include education in Sound & Music Production, Song-writing, and Musicianship.

H.E.R is currently the only author for the works on this website, and she hopes to build a professional portfolio through future collaborations with other like-minded artists (particularly for live performances and film sound-scores).
